The aim of Together We Balance Ltd is to help you keep control of your money.


Whether that is through support and guidance while you set up your new business’ systems or by processing all your financial paperwork for you we have a service that can help you. If you are a fan of technology and the cloud we use various Apps and online storage so that documents can be virtually shared and receipts can be captured by your phone, preventing loss and making sure that all your outgoings are correctly recorded. We also deal with hard copy paperwork so if you prefer the traditional approach we can support you with that too.

If you are VAT registered we can support you with your VAT returns and also check that you are using the most effective VAT scheme.

This includes accounting for VAT at the time of invoice (standard accounting) or the time of payment (cash accounting), reporting quarterly or annually, using the Flat Rate Scheme and VAT MOSS schemes.

Payroll and Auto-Enrolment

Whether it’s just yourself on Director only payroll or you have up to 50 employees we have a service to suit your needs.

This includes CIS reporting for both contractors and subcontractors. We can run your existing Auto-Enrolment requirements or we can set you up a new scheme with Smart Pensions. If you require pensions advice or want to look at which available scheme will suit your particular circumstances then we can put you in touch with someone who is suitably qualified.

One-to-one training and support is available for business owners in any aspect of bookkeeping, VAT or payroll processing,


, if you want or need your processing to remain in house we can still offer you a service to ensure that you are using your systems in the most efficient and effective manner. We offer training as a one-off event, ongoing training as and when needed or we can operate on a retainer basis for as and when you need support and advice.
